If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customers service and incompetent staff. I waiting about 20 mins to be served and didn’t even get a proper greeting and then waited another 15 mins because the new printme system doesn’t print images so then had to email them through and as that happened the staff went to serve someone else and totally ignored me for the rest of the time. Eventually came back and I had already waited too long to have anything printed. What a waste of time. No apology either.

I highly recommend Izzy and Anna who solved my problems in minutes as they are properly TRAINED in Print & Copy, 5 stars to them! Absolute superstars. However, extremely understaffed especially in the Print & Copy, Officeworks Management, you should be able provide the correct amount of staff and not make them work their arses off, the poor things.

Printer has been broken for months. Items always out of stock. Alot of staff members yet time taken to get served is very long. Whats the point of the person welcoming you in put them on a register if it's busy!

I went in to buy a laptop for my child I had a look at it the large selection and then chose a laptop. I asked a team member if they could assist me they said no and I had to line up at the front desk lined up at the front desk why did my turn, then asked for the laptop then took an additional 20 minutes to tell me that laptop the next laptop and the one there after was not available in the end, I just said can I have a laptop that you’ve got in stock and finally I got out of there the staff don’t know what they’re doing or more likely they really don’t care we’ve all had non-exciting jobs but it’s not my fault as the customer that the staff don’t want to be there

Just had a wonderful experience with fabulous staff member Rafique ( hope it’s spelled correctly ). He was really helpful, patient and friendly. He provided a great service, even though they were very busy.

BARELY ANY TEAM MEMBERS!!! My click and collect was not done in 2 hours either. The store looks like a mess. And was made to wait for more than ten minutes for them to find my order when I came back for it. Three hours LATER!! Very disappointed. Never coming back here. You have lost a loyal customer of three yrs.

Very bad customer service! I was doing the printing with large file so I had to queue in the line. The line was long, the female staff (not young one; Asian lady) was laughing and talking happily to the two men (customers) while she was slowing doing / gathering the two men’s printing stuffs. Excuse us did you notice there was a long queue waiting? Finally the Asian female staff noticed us were waiting, served me with a super unhappy face. So disgusting!

What a shocking experience first thing in the morning. Went to the store around 8.15am. 5 staff were at the store entrance area. Asked the 1st staff (fluffing the pens display) to assist in purchasing a Samsung tablet, he then referred me to 2nd staff. 2nd staff said he was on the phone, and than 3rd staff pretended to be busy. 4th staff - a female staff member and the 2nd staff 'claimed to be on the phone' were discussing about their break time!How difficult to serve a customer! Finally staff number 5 unwilling came to serve me. After explaining myself again why I came here today, and searching the computer and few more questions, the final answer was 'the computer say no' we are out of stock. But you can try our Lane Cove store!Back in the office, went online and purchased what I need with JB HI-FI, from purchase with click and collect. Took me less than 30 minutes.Officework Chatswood........will never again!

3.9 - I popped by here on a Sunday night and had a couple of quick printouts done despite the poor reviews that the printing service received on here. I found Anna pleasant and efficient to deal with and the printouts were clean and clear. (This is a much smaller Officeworks than the North Ryde one on Epping Road. They seem more focused on specific items like household products and stationery, and were quite busy on a Sunday night.)

With the North Sydney store closed, I travelled to Chatswood to print some documents and purchase some stationary. There were two staff at the front desk, with almost thirty people waiting for service. The self-service printers were not working, they would consistently time out, not allow purchase of a new print card, top-up or eftpos payment. There was no clear queue so people were lined up haphazardly with barely any service from the two staff. After attempting to print and queuing for over 30 minutes without assistance I left the store and travelled to Macquarie Officeworks which was much better. I haven’t felt this level of rage at ineptitude and I will never go to the Chatswood store again.
