I had issues with diesel particulate filter and its light which was not satisfactorily understood or handled by my previous regular dealer. Derrick at Hamilton was happy to explain why the light was on and the three reasons why it flashed, and then addressed the underlying issues. I now go there for regular services because they do take time to look over the entire vehicle and can warn of upcoming service issues (eg bushes, shockers)

The dealership was very obliging. I asked to leave my car while I was going away and hoping the service could be done during that period. It was! Additionally, they securely left my keys in a key safe that I could access on a weekend after hours. Kathi and Derek are especially pleasant and obliging.
