We bought the new m7151 around Christmas 2016/17 and have had nothing but problems with the 4wd and diff lock, not to mention that the field mode has been stuck on since we bought it. The tractors has only done 490hrs.We’ve had Swanhill kubota come out on numerous occasions to try and fix these problems but still can’t fix them, we’ve asked other kubota employees that we’ve met at field days about the problems and still nothing

Very nasty company. Don't honour warranty, terrible parts service, supply malfunctioning machines that are assembled wrong from factory then blame the operators for the failures, make promises in service department that they don't honour and then threaten legal action from their own in- house legal team, sent abusive service reps into our premises that yell and shout at our staff, just a very very nasty outfit. Spent 1.3million on equipment (krone balers) and got shafted at every turn. Quoted finance and didn't honour the deal. Just horrible people. Anyway we got our krona-virus vaccine by selling it all and we never plan to deal with the company again. We are now 'kovid safe'. Good bye to KRONA-VIRUS.

If there was a no star option I would have used it. No customer service st all. No one returns promised phonecall. Delivery dates may as wellbe from a book of lies. I've been promised my machine for over a year now ...

We are ready to buy a medium sized Kubota tractor but cannot get in touch with Kubota Australia to ask a couple of questions that the dealer can't help us with. There are 9 phone options none of which transfer us anywhere.

Ordered a tractor July 2021 last year and was told it was on a shipment arriving September and would be delivered in October. Still waiting on this tractor which needs a third function kitNext week it will be 50 weeks, when is enough, enough or am I being picky. I feel for the Dealers who have to put up with this each day

I ordered a water pump, radiator hose connecting pipe and a fan blade for a 3 cylinder diesal Kubota engine on a Lincoln Welder. The parts arrived being the incorrect pump, wrong diameter pipe and a fan blade with totally different fins. I took all my original parts to the dealer to photograph and ended up with the same stuff again. Thins dragged out even further because for a week dealers could not get parts out of Kubota, Finally got the parts the same as the first lot with the addition of 2 longer bolts which had been supplied because the boss for two bolts was higher than on my original pump, these bolts had to be shortened by about 5mm as they were going into a blind. When l went to fit the belt guard for the alternator pulley l discovered that the increased dish in the fan blade was going to make it hit the guard. At the moment l have to redesign the guard and place a nyloc nut on the bottom bolt of the alternator. I choose to buy original parts for my welder costing me in excess of $400.00. Online the pump was available from Taiwan for $109.00. I will be asking the question in the future do l take the risk and buy it overseas or put up with pathetic customer parts service from this company. It will be interesting what response l get from the company.Regards Brian Trotter
