Was a great business to deal with from the moment so first called! The receptionist (Jill) was such a pleasure to speak with and walked me through the problem and also their fees up front so there were no surprises. The technician that attended my apartment (Steve) was highly professional and friendly. We went over the problem and luckily it had an easy solution! Will make sure I call these guys if I ever have a problem with my AC in the future :)

Jill and the tradies at Sydney Pacific were amazing. They went all out to get my air con fixed in time for the Christmas heat. Jill did so much work behind to scenes to ensure they had the parts before the suppliers closed for the long break. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking to get your air con fixed.

Charged me $200 for a 25-minute visit, then tried to convince me to spend over $1,300 on new controller (or even replacing the entire unit for $8,000!!!) because of one faulty button! Ended up fixing the button for $1.25. Sent them multiple emails asking the model of the new controller they priced for me - no reply.UPDATE: I've been contacted by the company, they have explained the situation and have refunded the fee for the initial inspection.

Sydney Pacific Air provided excellent service in the replacement of my apartment aircon. My apartment is very unique with an existing 25 year old ducted system. Pacific air were the only contractors that found a technical solution to reuse my existing pipework. Many other contractors said it wasn't possible.Pacific air professionally, efficiently installed my new Daikin AirCon in a very tight fitting, narrow apartment. I'm super happy with the results. Finally, I can survive the summer.
