We needed plumbing service in a house extension to install a system and underground piping with council approval. It was impossible to find a plumber in Mackay was interested in the job. We approached O'Briens and immediately received a positive response.Leanne, who handles all enquiries was always available to assist with getting quotes and arranging timetables. The team were 100% on time and did A1 work. They handled all of the documentation and clearance with the council.This is a very professional company. Yes, they were a little more expensive than some quotes, but totally worth it. I would highly recommend O'Briens for plumbing and roofing.

We recently had a toilet suite replaced. We had dealings with Leanne, Josh, and Brendan and found them all to be very professional, courteous and accommodating to our requests. As we could not be present at the time, they sent through photographs of the progress of the job. The job was attended to very promptly and we have no complaints with the result. I had a leak in the water main, under the concrete path at the front of the house. I rang O'Briens and they had someone there within a few hours and he had it repaired in a couple of hours. Great Service.
