Bai Rui Taekwon-Do

As a family, we have been part of the club for 6 years. My wife has progressed from having no interest in martial arts to having competed in an international competition and has attained her 2nd degree black belt. I have a disability and have taken it slower, our kids are at different belts. The club and the Bai Rui school has supported our different needs and goals more than any I have previously been involved in.While it is a very relaxed and friendly club it also builds discipline and confidence in its students. We all learn the art and theory, but also practical self defence and fitness. I feel confident that my kids know how to defend themselves; my 7 year old daughter can hold her own and knows how to disengage from aggressors and fathers that jump out at her ;)I highly recommend this club.
