I called this morning after getting the run around at the Telstra Shop.My phone wasn’t working, screen completely black and I have to travel tomorrow to Sydney and had no way of staying in contact with my 5yr old. Maddie bless her, gave me some options (price for a new screen was a bit more than others but I will gladly use them from now on). She gave me one last option which was a quick 10 second fix and now my phone is working! Thank you so much Maddie! You are AWESOME!

Have taken my old ipad 2 in for a replacement battery previously. Had my newer Ipad Air reviewed and provided options when the battery expanded. Definitely first choice for our family technology repairs.Yep an expanded battery can force screen and cover apart - not good. Really appreciate you sharing the options including cost so I could decide what would work for me.Thanks Zac and team.
