We went to the store to get a new globe. We were asked all the questions about the car and then told they couldn't help and needed the globe. We went home to get the globe to return to the store. When entering the store their were 2 women helping 1 customer and not interested in helping us. We finally got served for them to ask us our rego! She told us she could bring up all the car info with the rego! Unsure why this wasn't asked to begin with. We didn't have our rego so left the store the 2nd time still with no globe. Very rude customer service. I will never return.

Such a arrogant lady on the counter..I told her I need wiper for car and she even didn’t talk properly and didn’t show me the product properly. I will never ever in my life come on this store..She should learn how to treat people..Poor costumer service I ever seen my life..

Great shop with the lot,entry parking friendly staff with awsome clearance special tables....I got a top brand bottle of 4stroke motorcycle oil for $3 WOW allways check those little clearance tables couldn't believe it until now bikes serviced for the price of a can of coke cheers to staff

Rude staff member on both occasions. When helped was given the wrong part and made to feel belittle. Instead I went to Super Cheap Auto who were extremely helpful. I got the part needed and fitted. Took the original one back and got smart mouthed. Will never go back agin and will be telling all I know to never go there EVER!!!

I needed a specialised bearing set up for my caravan and Kyle (from parts and services) went above and beyond to help me out. I'll definitely be using Birtinya Repco for any future needs. I highly rate the service.

In three minutes, three different customers came through without masks. Staff served each of them no questions asked. After a long wait, I was eventually served by a staff member, who was also breaking the law not wearing a mask. I won't be back, since Repco clearly has no interest in my safety or that of my family.
