Excellent customer service and the balloon bouquet was stunning! Sent to my husbands work for his birthday from our little boy! Colleagues all commented and meant his day was full of birthday wishes! Would highly recommend and will use for future celebrations!

I needed to organise some balloons for my mothers 80th surprise birthday party. I loved the designs that Evija offered and she helped me with some ideas for the colour theme of the party without any difficulty. I would definitely use Fairytale Balloons again.

A big Thank you to the Fairytale balloon team! we are from Singapore. I was trying to find balloon decor in Melbourne to be sent to our hotel for a 40th birthday surprise which happens to be a Sunday and the same day we touched down in Melbourne. I enquired on a Friday later night Aussie hours and they replied me very quickly! So the balloons manged to make their appearance at the right time and surprise mission was a success! THANK YOU!

Absolutely beautiful balloons and excellent communication. They brightened up our birthday celebrations and received lots of compliments. My daughter is still enjoying them over a week later. Can highly recommend.
