I don’t even know where to start. He was there 8-1 and did a terrible job with a moving out clean. It’s like he just used a jet wash everywhere. The us of any sprays seems non existent, he even used our own upholster cleaning machine to do carpets. He lifted paint on our balcony. Jet washed the “dirt” to underneath the washing machine so we had to move ourselves. Shower was dirty from shoes, tap and sink was filthy and not touch. Basically it was like nothing was done! Honestly I’m so sad and disappointed that someone could be so dishonest. Truely, you trust a professional into your home to provide a service and they don’t deliver or take advantage. Maybe we shouldn’t of left him to do the job alone while we worked but you live and learn. To add insult to injury he left our fly screens open and our indoor cats escaped, which to one person he denied and said they were asleep on the bed, and to someone else said one ran out. We’ve found one of them luckily but one of our cats is still missing and we are devastated. But in his words “I’m not a pet sitter, I’m there to clean”, well he didn’t do that… With that lack of empathy be careful using this franchise of Jim’s Cleaning. Another branch will be coming out so fingers crossed it will be a much better experience!

Very disappointed with Sarkon he came out to my place I spent time showing him around and telling him what I wanted done.He gave me a quote I accepted it via txt and asked when he could do it, I also followed up via phone call but no answer, didn't even have the courtesy to advise why the sudden change of heart or to advise of whatever reason he had for not responding.It's frustrating being led on by someone who expresses interest in a job and quotes it then upon approval I'm sitting round waiting for them to eventually get back to you and they don't.

Best cleaner iv had by far . Did the job with minimal time required. Very professional arrived within 30 minutes from requesting a cleaner to quote the job. Definitely will be referring him and his services.

The cleaners did a great job of deep cleaning the surfaces, when we moved, and put our home on the market. They also worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction to address a few small issues. Their focus was to make sure everything was taken care of.

I recently used Sarkon to deep clean an apartment. He did a fantastic job, much better than any other cleaner I have used before. He is a quiet professional who showed up on time and got straight to work with out any fuss.I will be using him again in the future.
