$65 for an appointment that last 1.47mins in the doctors chair just to get a referral renewed is a rort. They don't bulk bill anymore but do Mixed Billing" so small amount back but ridiculous they charge so much and don't have an option for a shorter appts.Hell

This has been my regular GP clinic for years - I have had multiple quick telephone appointments with no issues. I had a question I needed to ask my GP in regards to potential interactions with a new medication and my current medications (I was advised to do this for ALL new medications for my own health and safety). The treatment I received from the receptionist at this clinic on Sunday was absolutely disgusting. She was incredibly condescending and unprofessional. She told me to go to another doctor with my enquiry and refused to book me in with my doctor.

After attending Woodlake for many years it has come time to seriously think about changing centres. Have nothing but praise for Dr Khan and Dr Leon however the reception staff are so unpleasant and borderline incompetent it makes it impossible to understand how they are still employed. Use to have decent reception staff and management and it's only gone downhill. Booked 2 double appointments the other day as I realised I wouldn't be able to attend the first one I booked. After calling 4 times I eventually got through and cancelled. (I know from experience in the industry if you see a patient has booked multiple appts on the same day it's common sense to call and confirm they are needed - so you aren't wasting appointments and just confirming attendance or booking issues). I then arrived for my later appointment that day. Turns out it was missing" the incompetent staff member i spoke to earlier in the day had deleted both appointments. Ontop of this the waiting room while empty was a mess and could've used a vacuum. But the reception staff (both older ladies) were too busy bragging about how the cleaners could manage it later and being disgustingly rude to the rep ladies. They also take their time answering phones and just overall lack any form of professionalism. Honestly feel incredibly sorry for the two doctors but as with previous staff all the good drs and reception teams seem to go onto better managed places and hope they do too."

The receptionist" first point of contact at the practice should be ashamed of her demeanour.. if she doesn't like her position then leave. PPL come for a variety of concerns

The Doctors and Nurse are all lovely, but one reception staff in particular Joanne is rude, condescending and perhaps would benefit from some customer service training. I avoid her at all costs when arriving and leaving. I don't like making negative reviews but in this instance I feel it is justified.

I had no problems at all with this surgery, I find them helpful, accommodating and professional, Dr Leon is playful yet thorough, not to serious as to frighten you but gets everything done with no nonsense, he performed minor surgery on me and it was a breeze. He’s treated me for a number of things including referrals for CT scans, spinal pain management, and everyday things like chest infection and sinusitis, he’s a great bloke. I can’t speak for the other doctors as yet but the nurse is great, very gentle and kind, reception staff are just lovely. Surgery is clean and well run. I have no complaints at all about anything, all good.

I tested positive for covid the week starting the 16th of January and had spoken with Dr Leon that Tuesday. As of the 24th (the day of my appointment with Dr Saeed Khan), I am 11 weeks pregnant and was concerned about potential risks to the baby with having covid. Dr Leon said that if I attended the clinic, they could check the baby's heart rate to confirm everything was okay.I made an appointment with Dr Khan instead of Dr Leon due to the time slots so that my partner could attend with me. During the appointment when I explained what Dr Leon had said the previous week, Dr Khan noted that he wasn't going to check the heart rate 'just to make me happy'.This is absolutely disgraceful service. Dr Khan's bedside manner needs some serious work and I will not be booking another appointment with him due to his attitude. I did not feel supported and felt like he was rushing through the appointment just to get us out. This is my first pregnancy and I did not feel my request to check the heart rate was at all unreasonable, especially given that Dr Leon had said this was something the clinic was able to do for us. There needs to be better communication between doctors or the patient notes need to be in more detail to ensure that these services aren't refused. I've had a previous miscarriage which further adds to my concerns for this pregnancy. If Dr Khan isn't confident in his abilities, perhaps he shouldn't be practising?
