Don't even bother calling. Staff told me they have what I'm after, I even confirmed several times with the lady on the phone and she was adamant they had it. Made the trip there and straight away the guy at the counter told me they don't have them. How on earth can somone be so confident of something then another person looks for the same amount of time and tells me they don't have them. So frustrating and I won't be going back.

Bought things from here a few times, staff were friendly and efficient and the parts I needed were either in stock or were there the next day, and were much cheaper than the repco over the road.

Parts are well stocked and vast but the staff I spoke with were rude and unwilling to help I also called before I came in and had to sit on hold for 30 minutes for the price of a part and then they hung up without telling me

Young lady was excellent help, had to go back a few time as I am travelling interstate, just got here from Mt Isa. Problems solved. Very helpful.

Waited for a more than acceptable amount of time. Though I was greeted immediately, other staff were unwilling to assist the only staff member at the point of sale. For a retail store this is not acceptable.
