Highly Highly Highly recommend John and his team, I have been using CPMS for over 6 years and I have never had a problem. As a property owner I have had some experience with horrible tenants, however John and his team were there to assist me through my insurance process to get my property back on the market as soon as possible. Recently John and his team recovered outstanding rent that was overdue for a year.Well done John you run a professional team.

I've had many dealings with various real estates including property managers and sellers agents and have found most to be courteous and efficient, with only the odd one or two who clearly miss the mark. Unfortunately John fell into the latter group when we expressed interest in offering on a property. From making derogatory racial slurs at the inspection to failing to draw up contract paperwork or respond to calls in a timely manner, and snide unprofessional emails, it was all bad. Best to steer well clear of this business.

When canvasing for an agent to manage my property, John and his team ticked all the boxes where other agents messed me around and couldn't secure my business. John has been extremely helpful and promptly answers any of my enquiries at any time of the day. He doesn't over promise and under deliver. With lower overheads then the big franchises and passes on the savings to his customers.Good old fashion service, without the BS. You wouldn't find better on the north side of Brisbane. Couldn't recommend John enough.

Current tenant with this agency. Absolutely thrilled to have found such polite and professional staff to work with. John is fantastic and addresses any concerns in a timely manner, with utmost respect and professionalism. Alana and Bettina are fabulous women and work tirelessly to make sure property owners and tenants are satisfied with the properties during a tenancy and reviewing applications. I can not recommend them enough!

If I could put zero stars and thumbs down I would! This is the most racist, unprofessional, inappropriate and disrespectful business I’ve ever had to deal with! The principal and the property mangers and landlords are a complete circus! I’m actually so glad we finished our lease. Small town mentality who think they can bully and intimidate tenants and think the system works for only you! We will wait and see! Good luck getting a cent from me! What a joke!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. If could rate them 0 stars I absolutely would. Do not trust this real estate they are dodgy and will sting you with everything they possibly can when you leave. They REFUSED to fix any issues while I was in the property that I constantly pointed out like the leaking shower that was leaking into the wall. Kept sending people out that would just go not my problem" and leave. But now that I've left they are trying to charge me for things I didn't even do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY.AVOID"

This is the lowest review I can give. I have a family member renting through this company and they are the worst. The Property Manager thinks that they are above everyone else. The tenant is not treated with any respect. The Principal that doesn't do their job. I am so tired of Tenants not have any rights and the Agents and their Property Managers think tney are a law unto their own. My advice is steer clear.

John and his team have managed our property since December 2010 and we recommend their service to all owners in the region. His diligence brought to our attention a significant incident which occurred during the building of the residence and throughout a long period of dispute John plus the team have provided a service that goes over and above what they really have to do. The team is very professional, they have their finger on the pulse to offer immediate remedial action for any maintenance issues rather than let it drag on and result in deterioration of an asset. John and his team have been delightful to work with in letting our new duplex build. CPMS was recommended to us, and we are very grateful that they were. Nothing has been to much trouble, which is very helpful given we live interstate. Being new to the investment property scene, my wife and I have really appreciated John's attention to detail, his care and general concern in assisting us every step of the journey.
