My first experience at this store was worth 5 stars. However, on my second visit I asked for a Chai Latte as i did the first time. The counter person said that they don't do chai lattes and proceeded to call a manager to confirm. They said they can make a chai latte, then when I received it, the milk was a centimetre below the rim of the cup. (Not Barista standard as advertised) I requested more milk which they did. However, when I tried it, it was not a chai latte and had coffee in it. I took it back to the counter and requested that the drink be made correctly, and they simply just offered a refund as the way they made it was the way the manager told them to. I know this is a bad excuse because the chai I got the first time was brilliant. The donuts are great, and I felt welcomed, but they should know how to make something that's on the menu.

Cheap fuel only. Really bad service and I have found them to be quite rude. I would recommend going somewhere else, like a cross the road to the Caltex.

Staff don't listen to what you tell them and don't know how to properly process their own fuel cards.
