I don’t often leave reviews, but wanted to say thanks to the lady for my mani pedi yesterday. I had a few broken nails (both nails and toes) and she took the the time to fix and I walked out very happy.

Proceed with caution and always ask the price! Total crooks, looking to make a dollar at every turn. The service was terrible from beginning to end. The lady couldn't even be bothered to take off my regular nail polish with nail polish remover and tried to sand my nails with the machine, so lazy.She then couldn't find my colour, so I opted for my second choice which was a base coat of neutral with some glitter on top - she tried to charge me $5 when this is normally free at every other salon in Syd.When I went to pay she charged me $35 even though their pricelist states $30 - she began to argue with me. I finally paid and she topped the whole terrible experience off by shouting you can go somewhere else next time" as I exited the store....with pleasure!"

No stars. What a complete and utter joke. Where do I begin? Well, three ladies arrived after me and they were served before me. I sat with my feet in the water for 30 minutes. My wife who was sitting next to me had the pedicure. The lady then moved over to me. My wife said……”What about my manicure?” So I waited again. When they finally started, the clipper was blunt. And then she cut my finger deeply. She couldn’t stop the bleeding. And the sloppiness and speedy work made me realize that this place is to be avoided at all costs. I am now at home looking at the results. You wouldn’t know I’d ever had a manicure and pedicure. The nails on one hand are utterly different to the other hand. I hope people reading this sad and dissatisfying review take heed.

Don’t get the negative reviews. I went in for SNS and told the lady I was tight for time and she was a machine not rough at all and nails look good. The price was also a bargain was charged $65 which included removal of old sns + tips + what other salons deem as a “special shape” (almond). Will go again.

Utterly terrible! Was not upfront with price. Asked how long wait would be and came back as requested 15 minutes later. Technician began service before leaving for 20 minutes to service someone else.Most places will include a cut/ file back of mail after removing acrylic. This was extra but did not disclose. Also didn’t even ask what shape before doing so and making my nail shape look ridiculous!WILL NOT BE BACK

Worst experience ever! One of the two ladies working in the salon cannot communicate over the phone (was asking what I wanted done) or in person. But the worst part of it all, is that when I got to the salon and she was asking me a question about how I wanted my nails done and I politely said sorry I am not understanding, she got angry and very dismissive with me. What a poor way to treat a customer. The other lady working in the salon, then explained to her, what I was after. This was also a very basic service that I needed done and still a total communication breakdown but mostly a very poor attitude when serving customers. I will never go back to this place. I have been to various salons in Potts Point and the city and never had such a rude and unprofessional treatment!

Excellent service!!!! I went in to get my nails done reluctantly since one of my nails had lifted off the nail bed and hurt like crazy. Nancy looked after me with outstanding service, fixed my nail and created a beautiful set of SNS nails. I wish I had gone in earlier! Love your work Pink Nails!!

I had a great experience here with a gel pedicure. The ladies were friend and accommodating. I failed to see what others have said in the 1 star reviews. It was busy, and I only saw customers walking out of there happy. Worth a go!

Terrible experience on multiple occasions. The most recent was around Xmas time to get my shellac mani removed. She drilled down so far onto my nail beds they ended incredibly damaged. She then applied cuticle oil with the dust still on my fingers - yuck. My nails have are only just recovering (3 months later).The salon is a mess, not sure what hygienic practices they adhere to because it looks non existent. Will never go back.
