I booked myself in for a general check up & clean as a first time client.- the staff behind reception looked unmotivated, no energetic, welcoming vibe whatsoever- the clean was very basic, my teeth didn’t get polished, no floss was used- I didn’t get asked if I want x-Rays - it was just assumed and no transparency around pricing was provided upfront, only when I asked for it.- $270 is the most expensive I ever had to pay for a check & clean.- The practice is neither luxury, nor in a prime location.The dentist was very lovely & gentle. It’s more the business side of things that threw me off.

Had a really great experience with Dr. Riaz Tegally at Plaza Central Dentists. He is very knowledgeable and has a very warm and calming nature that takes away the anxious feelings I get whenever I’m at the dentist. I had a tooth extracted by him and it was quick and painless and everything was explained to me. I am looking forward to getting my treatment plan done here as I know I’m in good hands and the price is fantastic.

Very happy with the great service and advice I got recently from Dr Tegally. He showed me the photos of my teeth as he explained the preventative work he recommended without being pushy. His gentle and encouraging manner kept me at ease during the procedure and he kept the price as reasonable as possible. I would happily recommend Dr Tegally.

I had been avoiding going to the dentist for a few years. Thank you Dr Riaz Tegally and your assistant Kasey for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed. You gave me my smile back ☺️ I truly appreciate the time you took to explain everything that was going to be done and then during the procedure you also told me what you were doing. So professional caring and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist who really cares.

I ended up having a dental emergency, my crown fell out when I was eating lunch! Jas in reception booked me in immediately, which luckily was the same day. Dr Riaz Tegally saw me within the hour and was courteous, professional, and very patient with a nervous customer. I found him very knowledgeable about my dental work and found comfort in the fact he was experienced in his trade. This dental group came highly recommended and I wasn't disappointed. Great team, and great service. Thank you guys!

Got my first and only filling done here it fell out after a year I went back and got it re done the dentist shaved the tooth to far down to close to the nerve and I have been in pain since. Have had to seek help from another dentist and now unfortunately need root canal due to poor quality work undertaken at this practice. Don't remember the dentists name, was an English guy I belive. Other dentists there are good. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone, avoid if possible.

Great dental surgery! Can’t fault! Made everything so easy..from booking first appointment to having 2 wisdom teeth removed.Very nerve racking experience but Dr Nicole Hoffman helped to make it as pleasant as could be possible! Teamed with reasonable prices. Highly recommend her and the plaza dental team.

Great team, supportive, friendly and very welcoming staff at reception, which means so much. Attentive and knowledgeable specialists, delicate and professional during dental treatments. And awesome payment options available. I highly recommend David McFall, he is fantastic, gentle and attentive, he always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure.

Dr Nicole Hoffman is excellent! I recently saw her for a check up and filling. I also had been thinking of having my teeth whitened and she made it happen and I’m so happy with the results. To anyone who’s had negative experiences with dentists, or is apprehensive about going will be put at ease. She’s highly professional yet very easy going, and she made sure that she understood my concerns and took the time to explain everything. Thank you

Worst dentist team on the Sunshine coast without a doubt. Dr buse is as money hungry as he is a bad dentist no care for his trade and the reception team were very negative from the start.advise you not to book.
