Paid deposit. Cant get any answers to questions regarding when we will be getting the curtains. They cant even tell us if they have even been started. Wont tell us anything. Had arranged a day but they dont know anything. Been going on since March. They obviously get your deposit and then couldnt care less.

I have three installations done by the Alexander’s team. They are helpful and very professional throughout the process. They have the patented curtain rod that will ensure to keep your house warm for horrible Canberra frost. I am very happy with my curtains and waiting to get my final room done by these people:)
