St Helens Newsagency

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the female owner of this store which I unfortunately had to witness on Friday morning. The very nice young girl serving customers was helping an elderly lady to put a new SIM card (which she had just purchased from the store) into a mobile phone when they were both verbally abused by the female owner. She completely humiliated both the young girl and elderly lady to the point that the young girl was almost in tears. The elderly lady left the store visibly shaking, both clearly effected by this altercation. There was absolutely no need for the behaviour displayed by the female owner. The young girl was simply providing excellent customer service to the elderly lady and they were both verbally abused by the female owner.

Rip-off joint. Got charged $5.00 for 2 A4 copies. Went to online centre across the street and they charged 40cAvoid.

I asked for 20 A4 black and white print outs and the passive aggressive lady charged me $20!! She said:“50c per sheet for the print and 50c per sheet for her.”I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the guy and younger lady were really nice. Probably shouldn't say you offer printing if you don't want to do it. Find some joy, lady. Extortion with a frown. Lol.
