Amazing experience every single time. I get my large poodle clipped and my dachshund regularly bathed. Have been using them for years. Love the cage free homely atmosphere and the reasonable pricing. Have always had a positive experience with the ladies as my poodle often comes in a bit matted. Also love that they offer free services for Newcastle rescue dogs who are looking for adoption.

We took our very dirty cavalier for a groom and they took such good care of him. End result was great and affordable.Would highly recommend.

My Pomeranian had a full groom there and he came back looking all spunky. Was happy with the clip and I think contact with them will be much better now that they have a landline number.

Incorrect directions by Google. Staff were friendly (once I found it). I get my dogs washed and groomed weekly at another salon and thought I would give Sugarloaf a try.Dogs dropped off for a wash and dry. Upon pick up though, I was bitterly disappointed. All 4 dogs looked like they had been there for some daycare! They looked exactly the same as when I dropped them off. I queried the salon about what they actually DID do and what shampoo they used. I told them that I didn't believe anything had been done. They said the dogs had been washed. I do not believe them and I won't be going back.

I was very dissatisfied with this business. Firstly they classified my 13.6kg mini groodle as a large dog which she definitely isn't. Secondly they charged me much more than the prices they advertise on their website. Would not recommend. You cannot advertise one price and then charge significantly more.

The first time I took my cavoodle for a full groom I was charged $95. Then last week I took her back for a tidy up and nail trim along with my daughters cavoodle and was charged $120!! My dogs nails were untouched even though she said she had clippedthem. Never again!
