Manage It
The Self Manager software makes managing our NDIS payments so easy, from weekly payments to support workers to tax reporting to the ATO. I’ve been using it for about 2½ years and the team are always so friendly and helpful when I need assistance. I’d highly recommend Manage-It and the Self Manager platform.

A very efficient and user-friendly system for me to use. Any queries are dealt with very promptly. Very good pricing and excellent back-up. Karoline has been my contact over the years and she's very pro-active and friendly even when I ask silly questions! :) This all makes self-managing NDIS so much easier.

Her professional, approachable, considerate, helpful, and caring nature has made our lives so much easier when we are seeking support or confused with matters pertaining to our son’s condition. From the start Manage IT has been exceptionally helpful and professional.Manage IT has made whole process easy to handle and always sort out any problems without delay. They have always been helpful with advice and make managing NDIS funds reasonable straight forward. I have been using ManageIt for nearly a year now. Very professional, attentive to details, prompt and an abundance of wisdom.They have pick up on errors on invoices from providers and saved participants 1000s of dollars towards their plans.If your thinking of using ManageIt, I would 100% recommend them.

Seok is very professional but also human too with a bonus of caring nature. She is prompt with responding to my messages and reliable. She really knows the NDIS and if not sure will find out. I've asked so many difficult questions. If invoices aren't done correctly will even contact provider on my behalf and fix as some days, I am not well enough to do. Also Manage-It pays invoices promptly. Seok is GOLD" as a Plan Manager

Manage It is an outstanding Plan Manager. I have experience working with other Plan Managers but none comes close to Manage It when it comes to delivering services. Seok Yin is the best, she is extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, goes above and beyond (list goes on:)...but most importantly they are Human. They care and always wants the best and what's right for both participants and providers. Highly recommend Manage It.
