whatever you do ,don't have a fall or get injured there ,they DONT care at all,care factor 0% fell over on 13/08/2021 due to not realising there were steps was with my daughter and her mother (luckily) as i fell 0.6 metre onto hard flooring ,she went to the desk to report i had fallen,staff notified herunless a complaint is made

Arcade games kept taking money from card but wouldn’t let us play, poor quality service had to wait 10 min for at least 1 staff member to show up at the counter

Had about 20 lanes and couldn't be bothered to open one up, as there was only one lane already being used, then when waiting like they told us to, they were whispering and smirking at us, terrible.

Such a horrible experience in general. My friends and i went there the service was horrid and the staff ripped mutiple of my friends off when they asked for a refund and not to mention how unsafe it is with many tripping hazards everywhere.

Had fun bowling and the atmosphere was just exciting... Thanks guys for fixing the ball return when it did play up during our game.. Definitely coming back again
