Flowers from The Garden

Flowers from the Garden made my wedding bouquet recently and they were abolutely fantastic. I asked for natives (and if possible in deeper tones) and then trusted them to put something beautiful together and I'm so glad I did, it was everything I could have wanted, I couldn't have asked for more.

Got a little worried that I have not seen the order at 3pm. Emailed them and got a quick reply. Received shortly after. Beautiful flowers! Love it! So colourful. Delivered on the Date as requested.

I have always used flowers from the garden to send flowers. The arrangements are amazing and they last for AGES! I think they are great value too compared to many other places.So when my wedding came up there was no question that I wanted them to do the flowers. I just emailed them a few pictures of ideas and colour schemes and they turned that into something so beautiful. It was a hot day, but all the arrangements and my bouquet held up and looked just as good at the end of the day as they did at the start. Been here on two occasions. First time florist was super rude, thought she was having a bad day so let it go. Second time, same experience. Flowers are nice, but if you want decent service, go somewhere else.

I walked in late on a Saturday afternoon requiring a large bouquet. When none of the bouquets on display were quite what I was looking for, the staff put together the most stunning bouquet for me on the spot. Cannot recommend highly enough for anyone looking to purchase beautiful flowers.

As a wedding photographer, there's nothing like the bouquets from Flowers from The Garden. I'm grateful to them because my clients were extremely satisfied with their service, and their photos with their bouquet came out perfectly.The floral selection at Flowers from The Garden ranges from pastel blooms to native flowers that are great for any occasion, most especially weddings. I highly recommend this shop for couples who want a splash of color on their wedding day.

I recognise the hard work these women do and I respect their craftsmanship. However, they need to work on their approachability, flexibility and customer service skills. I ordered two bouquets of off them. There was a mishap and they ordered the wrong coloured flowers and proceeded to then guilt me for wasting their time and money. They then refused to negotiate on design and price when I stipulated that I only wanted something small and simple. I decided to cancel my order after their treatment of me and was hung up on mid sentence. Good times.

I recently ordered an arrangement for a relative designated for a particular date as the date was special for them. I requested via their online web order for a photo before delivery and also asked for certain flowers to not be included but otherwise I was fine for them to arrange it with seasonal blooms. I even called verbally to make sure my requests wasn’t unreasonable. All good so far.The next day of my order, I receive an email with a photo of my order made up and delivered. It was a whole week early. I quickly rang Flowers from the Garden and informed them of their error. I was told: “The flowers have already gone out.” Cue awkward pause. As a customer, I felt bad even though it wasn’t my error. I would have let it go but after some ringing around, found out that my relative was out of town for the week and wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the blooms. I then rang back Flowers from the Garden and told them that they would have to collect the flowers and have a delivery set again for the requested date. At this point, an apology was made. Ok, all good.On the designated day, no word from Flowers from the Garden about my flower arrangement and no photo sent. I did however receive a message of thanks from my relative along with a photo of the blooms. Surprise: the flower arrangement contained several of a flower I specifically requested not to be included. I would be hesitant to recommend Flowers from the Garden based on this particular experience.

Lisa arranged the centrepieces for our daughter's wedding reception. The flowers were beautiful and Lisa did an amazing job of matching the colours and style of the bride's (silk) bouquet. She was also happy for us to drop off vases in advance so that the guests could take the centrepieces home (which they were very eager to do!).
