Brought some pre-packaged chicken thigh fillets. 2 days later I went to cook it and it had gone off. It wasn't out of date according to the label and this isn't the first time I've brought pre-packaged food to find out its mouldy or off. I won't be shopping for meat or other fresh produce at this store.(Reply to owner: how do you know which day I brought this meat? The meat was off when I purchased it because it takes me less than 5 minutes to get home and put it in the fridge. This is not the first time I have purchased meat from your supermarket and it has been rancidbefore the due date. Maybe it is time to update your refrigeration.)

Very poor policy and service.I was just prevented from taking my shopping to the car park in a shopping trolly because I would not buy over priced bags. It took me three trips in the rain, thanks a lot. Coles and Woolworths do it no probs. You guys just lost a 30 year customer.

Went for first time,very good easy to get around shelves packed.the young lady who was on the check out was friendly and helpfull very nice.i would go there again

Friendly staff. Good stock almost all the time in these trying times. Happily observing Covid protocols. A shame that some selfish customers can't be bothered logging in via QR app.

Always friendly and helpful whenever you go into the IGA. Also, have used them via Uber Eats, where the quality was just as top-notch!
