The two elderly women working had zero customer service. They were arguing over stock take while processing my order, fighting about figures and how they didn't add up. Bit of joke, provided a good laugh at how ridiculous they behaved. Not even half a brain between the two of them.

The best place ever! I love getting my piercings done here. one young lady that works there is incredibly nice and I always go here when I have any questions etc I’ve only ever been to this cosmetics plus and 2 others and this one is way better then all the others I definitely recommend it. I’ve had 9 piercings done here and all went well but when I got 2 done at another place it was terrible. So I definitely recommend this place and the male piercer is such a gentleman love them all!

got my septum and belly pierced here, both has no infections so far and septum healed within 1-2 months. 10/10

Don't go here for piercings. 60$ For lobe piercings and 15$ for after care that is $75 in total, I was shocked since it isn't even a proper piercing store, they didn't put it in the centre, they put it on the outer of my ear, and they weren't the same height, one was higher than the other and looks absolutely disgusting and weird.

The piercer was lovely and did a good job but the woman running the place makes me never want to return. So rude to me and to a new girl she was clearly training, I felt so bad for her. Hard to give your money to a business run by a person like this.

Posting on my friends profile, nevertheless, I was the customer, Tammy Chapman from Centeral QLD. Recently, early April 2017, I had a helix and second ear lobe piercings re done.I had a pleasurable experience with no issues what so ever. So much so I am going in to get my other helix done and it's only been 5days. I have adhered to the cleaning and care regiment and I everything has healed well. This will be mainly because I have had these pierced before so the cartridge has already been damaged" (for lack of a better word) so healing has been less of an issue this time round. The prices were reasonable

Just want to say how incredibly rude one of your staff members were on Sunday afternoon. I walked in and she walked straight past me without greeting and continued to ignore me when I was in front of the counter. I had to get her attention by saying excuse me" and I was returned with a rude look as if I bothered her so much. I asked to see the options for nose studs and she used a rude tone in her voice and was not clear. No manners what so ever. I believe not all your staff are like this but it's one that ruins the image of the store for all employees."

I found the staff friendly and very helpful. They allowed me to peruse the store at my own leisure however were happy to assist with my enquiries when I asked for assistance. A friend of mine came in to get a piercing but ended up leaving with two as the store had a 2 for $50 special on the day.
