This is a great country pub. good honest food and beer at affordable prices. Friendly efficient service by people who care that you as a customer enjoy your time in their pub. Would recommend them to all .

We had the “Captain’s Catch” - a fisherman’s basket. There was plenty to eat especially with the generous serving of chips. The food was good, nothing special; I guess it was just frozen packet seafood pieces. The price I can’t remember but it was about what you’d expect. Don’t think I’d have the same for lunch again.Nice old pub. It seemed the right thing to support it.

It is a small dining room and it is suggested that you book in advance.Although a large table arrived without booking, the cook did a fantastic job of providing us with great food of generous proportions. Would highly recommend the pub

Mukinbudin Hotel
Accommodation is in an ageing motel block next to the hotel. It’s cheep and perfectly adequate but you won’t be overwhelmed. Pub is not serving meals but the cafe down the road is open from 7am to 8pm, has a small dining area and makes great pizza. Easy enough to buy a bottle of wine at the pub and walk down to the cafe for dinner.

Best fish and chips I have had in a long time. Lovely friendly staff. Great hotel well worth a visit. Other meals great as well.

Great food and good price too. We loved the steak sandwich, chicken mignon and chicken and avocado. The chicken Parma looked great too. The place is a little old and tired but has a great atmosphere and looks well loved by the locals. We loved it.

We stopped in town overnight and came here for dinner. The best dinner that we have had in a long time. Friendly atmosphere and staff. It was a Tuesday night, and the pub was packed.
