Bought a screen protector and within a week it had fallen off. Poor quality product. Was refused a refund or replacement and the man was extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I would give this guy a Zero if there was one. I gave him my iPhone for screen replacement and half an hour later when I pick up the phone, finger print button was popping out than the screen. When I mentioned this to the guy he responds saying there’s nothing he could do about it yet it was not something he explained would happen prior to the job. Asked him to put my broken screen back on so that I could go elsewhere to get it replaced properly. He demanded $30 for labor that he did not do and I gratefully refused to pay. He was moaning in his own language but who cares I would never ever expect anyone reading this to experience this ever again. There’s another shop 20 meter down the hallway who fixed my phone and did a good job.

Had Ipad screen replaced. Fast service. Had something not work after new screen was put on. Took item back was happy to help and fixed right away. Top guns with after sales service.

Worst customer service I've ever come across. Tried to return an iPad case that cost $40 that was still in it's it's original packet not even opened with the receipt in bag and was flat out refused a refund. And when I asked why I couldn't get my money back he just stared at me with no response. Do not buy from here!

They will charge you one price and then the next customer they will charge a different price for the same item!I pulled the guy up on it to get my refund and was refused it.

Terrible service all round. My mum bought a phone protector from these guys, broke nearly right away! Went to get it replaced and he said she must have smashed it on purpose and wouldn't give any replacement or refund. It was a brand new phone...she bought it that day!

Very impressed with the service here. It’s the second time the guy has put a new screen protector on my iPhone (I cracked the first one accidentally) and he does an amazing job. Really takes his time and does it well. I won’t go anywhere else.

The male worker was quite rude to us..end up going to another mobile repairer..lost a customer!!
