Angel, Senior Pathologist at Capital Pathology, Garran is the best! She helped me coax in a very hesitant family member from refusal for a blood test from the car, to the bed, to the blood test. Angel was kind, helpful, firm, efficient and skilled. Angel by name, Angel by nature. Thank you!

I have been coming here for years. Rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes and the staff make an essentially unpleasant experience as good as it can be.

I always have had great service from the people here. Never have I had any issues. They are helpful, friendly and professional. This is the place I go most times for my and my family blood tests etc.Thank you to all the staff there, you make each visit a pleasure.

Capital Pathology really needs to do something about these negative reviews. I have been numerous times and obviously the staff are very unfriendly and rude (as seen on all of the reviews) but I am writing this review specifically because I rang the number to make an appointment and the women on the phone was insanely rude. Talked over me multiple times, refused to answer questions and refused to give me an average waiting time when she said that all appointments were booked up. Didn't even answer me when I asked when a good time to come is, she just kept repeating that it depends. Obviously I understand that It depends on a number of factors but surely unless its this persons first day their must be some sort of pattern. Even if she just told me that the busiest periods are between blah and blah, the blatant refusal to give any information is insane.

I came there with the doctors refferal and was taken cared for imediately. I was out in 10 minutes. Amasing service

Came in with a request from my GP for 3 seperate tests, fully aware that one test would need to be booked for later in the week. The phlebotomist tried to tell me I was unable to do any of the testing until that booking was made however I asked for the bloodwork to be done as my GP Instructed me they needed results back ASAP to find answers and treat my ongoing pain. The phlebotomist tried to push back and not do any testing then when I insisted bloodwork be done she made it clear she was unhappy and proceeded to carry out the most awkward and painful blood draw experience Ive had. It should also be noted I was the only person in the clinic when I entered, it’s not like I was taking their attention away from other patients.If you can, avoid this clinic. There are better clinics in Canberra.

I had a bad experience there. I was there to return my holter and just chose a female to remove it but they are keep asking me why are you choosing female. What a problem. They talk like disgusted me . I will never go there again. It's a right for everyone what ever they choose

I tried calling them to book an appointment but they seems not interested in picking up callsWorst Experience!

The service is getting worse by not recruiting any staff but getting more work & customers. I went to a Collection centre this morning waited over an hour to give blood. Only 2 staff doing collection & reception work. It's not fair to expect to work with this condition. Need to recruit more staff.I heard from other customers that other collection centres are the same. It is a management negligence.

I have attended this collection centre many many times over the last four years ( I get a lot of blood tests for various conditions ). I have always found the staff to be courteous and competent. The service is efficient and, if you come at the right time of day, fast.
