The staff here are so caring and helpful. We have been taking our cats here for many years and have always had wonderful service from everyone at the practice. They are happy to find options that work for you and your pets. We highly recommend this vet surgery.

Staff are always so lovely and caring, they took great care of our little Jett during his dental procedure and also gave us lots of information for aftercare.

Love this place. Very understanding of my reactive dogs. I bring my two big 30kg+ dogs in at same time. It usually makes me quite flustered but staff always help out/ relax me and the dogs. Its great having the fenced outdoor area to the side.My dogs are usually reactive with men. They accommodate with their awesome female vets and staff. There's also a male nurse who's presence is so gentle and calming for the dogs so far the only man my dogs like!I was worried coming in with a very limited budget but had to prioritise health of my dogs eye. They explained the cost each step and understood if I had to say no or find an alternative short term solution until pay day. They explained the risk and let me feel in control of the situation.

My Son and I attended Puppy pre-school with our dog Pickle. Michael the trainer was amazing with our dog and the information he provided. Pickle is well on his way now to achieving many tricks and general obedience. I would highly recommend this puppy pre-school to anyone thinking about where to take their puppy. Thanks again Michael.

Such a wonderful clinic, I'm a bit of a regular here between my chronically ill cat and my new puppy and they've always been so kind and friendly, always offering great advice and guidance. I especially want to thank Michael for his wonderful work these past four Thursday evenings with Puppy Preschool, we've learnt a lot and it's sad to see our sessions end!
