I thought the doctor I saw was a creep. He didn’t respect my privacy or personal space when he performed a simple skin check on me. I wont be going here again! He definitely crossed the proper codes of conduct. He didn’t close the curtain when I was getting dressed or undressed. And, started treating me for something other than what I went in for (which was completely unrelated to my skin). He started poking and prodding my arm without my consent, which hurt and irritated my arm for a week after that. I already had my arm treated by my GP. His manner was friendly, but I didn’t feel he respected me as a person or a patient. It definitely impacted me negatively after my appointment.

The clinic is very well presented, clean and comfortable.The reception staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional.My partner and I saw Dr Zhang who was absolutely lovely. She put both of us at ease, was very kind and friendly while also reassuringly professional and expert.

Had a great visit with Dr Treece. So informative and professional, I felt like she really went above and beyond. Treatment was amazing and the staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend Skin Integrity. Thanks

I've been getting my skin checked here every 3 months for over a year now. The skin doctors, nurses and staff are very good and reassuring, they've found bad spots and have been removed because they were cancers. A mole that another place said was okay, that wasn't, SI looked at it and took it straight off. I would highly recommend this practice for skin treatment for 1st skin checks or 2nd opinions for your own and families peace of mind.

I highly recommend Skin Integrity at Terrigal and have found Dr Webster to be very professional and easy to talk to. He has a lovely disposition and is interested in his patients. I never feel rushed and the office staff is great. The nurse, Michelle, is one of the best I have ever come across. It is truly a good team.

The reception staff were very nice and efficient. I saw Dr Diana Treece who was very friendly and she put me at ease from the moment I walked in .She explained the procedure to me and I feel very confident in her abilities . I would definitely recommend a visit to this clinic
