One upon a time have made several custom cake toppers for me at the artistry of cakes. Penny has always listened to my brief and sought feedback during the design process. She has been more than willing to make a concept sketched out by me and followed that through to completion. My customers and myself have loved all of the cake toppers made by One upon a time. They are professionally cut from high quality materials and packaged well. Pickup has been easy. Can't wait to see what the next topper will be!

Cake toppers were a wonderful purchase. Penny went above and beyond to meet my needs ,attention to detail and customer service exemplary.Such a talent absolutely thrilled with the finished product.Fast service and postage,even though im in WA and shes in SA.Great price and packaged carefully to avoid damage ,highly recommend I know I will be purchasing more from Penny when needed.

I highly rate this company. The cake topper is exquisite and exactly what I was after. Penny has been a dream with delivery as I needed it asap. A wonderful experience overall. I can’t wait to use the cake topper for my little girls 2nd birthday. I will definitely be back for more in the future.
