10.01.2023 - I’ve just gotten my dinner from Galbi. I ordered a whole KFC + a soybean paste soup. My husband picked up, paid and came home. I asked him how much was the total? It was $64+This restaurant is now becoming so ridiculous with their pricing! The quality of the food is also declining rapidly. My KFC today was very oily and tasted a little sweet (I ordered the original). The soup honestly only had a spoon full of frozen tiny seafood pieces. Mostly only some cut up tofu, some zucchini and shallots in it. I know things are more expensive etc but you should be able to justify your pricing Vs quality. Today, this restaurant failed both! I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels extremely disappointed at this restaurant!

This is no longer the best Korean restaurant. I used to love this place so much that I would spend over $100 every time I ate barbecue or not (I'm sure). I don't mind the high price and the recent price increase, but I just can't stand the service and the declining quality of this store.1. For the quality of roast meat, you can find a lot of restaurants in Sydney with better meat and better prices.2. The reason why the food is delicious is that many of them are semi-prepared. They use instant noodles that can be bought in supermarkets and add stale seafood to make their seafood noodles.3. The Korean lady at the checkout counter makes me feel like I owe her millions of dollars...4. There will never be a waiter to take you to your table when you arrive.This shop used to be willing to use NSW voucher. I don't want to hear a lot about your reasons for not wanting to use NSW voucher, and I told you at the beginning that I used to spend at least $100 each time. This is only the first time I have proposed the use of voucher.This is the first time I've ever left a bad review on Google, and I find it hard to believe that this was once my favorite store. You lost your loyal customers. I'm not coming back. But thank you to all of you who have been great in the last few years.

It’s my first time then I have to come the second. That’s how good it isI love everything from the chicken, to the ox tail soup and seafood pancake, and especially the purple rice. As someone who works in hospitality myself I can totally understand why they had to charge extra for the kimchi and other side dishes. Keep up the good work.

Don’t have a chance to try bbq but most of the dishes were quite good. Just a bit disappointed with a side dish because they don’t have much and you also have pay if you want more.

This has to be the best place for Korean food in Waterloo, they have a large menu so any Korean dish they probably do! I love their fried chicken and their hot stone dishes, they have such great flavor. The only thing is that it is a bit pricy.

Really nice Korean BBQ deep in Waterloo.Portions are good, meat is tasty and good quality and the entres are great.Overall food experience was good, the place itself can be a bit noisy because is always full, but that could be only a good sign along quality food.I would recommend it.

Before it was my fav place but now its just disgusting, food was bad, portion was unbelievable tiny and expensive. Fried chicken without meat, hard not crispy, unable to chew and 5 finger pieces for 19$. Service was bad they were rude to us. Just dont go this place again

The food was ok, but unfortunately service was terrible. We asked for refill for small vegetable dishes it used to be a free of charge before. But after few times, the lady told us it will be an extra charge.They should have mentioned when they serve at first.Their opening hours on Saturday was until 10pm. On that day, after 8 pm, the customer was only a few. They started to clean the restaurant so loudly that we felt they were making noises purposely. It was extremely uncomfortable.

It is always a pleasure eating here. The food is delicious, the staff is attentive, and the food is served quickly. It has been over three years since I first tasted the food here. So far, I'm very happy.
