Had a great experience with AITAC recently who were recommended by a respected friend. Very knowledgeable assessor's and the courses are very comprehensive.Highly recommend

Terrible customer service by Ali the administration assistant… I was referred to AITAC by a recent customer. (fortunately they didn’t have to deal with Ali) I have now booked with a different company who is cheaper than AITAC also…

Rang twice and emailed to get the dates for their Personnel and Materials Hoist course. Never heard from them. I went elsewhere, saved $150 and am now qualified.

I did a two day course for forklift license, which covered so much more than just the operational driving of the forklift.My imagination wandered quickly as to what other courses I may find of interest and applicable to my chosen career.I highly recommend this business, and found the instructors and the smaller class size work well together because you get the most of the course in both driving and class learning.Others in the class who also enjoyed the course had similar views.Thank you Jim, Keith and Team for helping both myself and others achieve certificates and licensing.10/10 would recommend to anyone out there looking to rocket launch their career and hopefully I will experience similar results with future studies with them.Keep up the awesome work guys.

Couldn't have been any happier with going through this company for my tickets... Special mention to the instructor Andy, he was awesome from day 1.

Jose and Jorge were intelligent and knowledgeable instructors and their mexican restaurant recommendations just topped off an amazing course.

Completed my Scissor lift , Elevator work platform and traffic control and was very happy with the trainers, they deliver great traning throughout the courses. Definitely recommend!!!!

2 day earthmoving course with Pete Vincent was sensational not only a great bloke with a great sense of humour but a veteran of the earthmoving world with great knowledge and experience took alot from his training and knowledge that he has passed on highly recommend him
