Prana Kids Yoga
Maria is wonderful and patient with all the children in the kid's yoga class. Ensuring all the children participate and have their turn with all the different props which are such a good idea. I would highly recommend Maria's class for any child to attend. This is a great opportunity for all children to learn breathing skills whilst stretching etc. Also, to learn how to be in a calming environment for meditation to just be still.

Chair Yoga and Meditation. Excellent class. Lovely bunch of ladies. Great, caring, informative instructor. Thank you Maria. Class designed to cater for varied medical and physical abilities. Spring Farm Community Centre is close to home, plenty of parking or for me walkabity. Friday class is more suited to my availability.

My girls love their yoga sessions with Maria, especially the meditation at the end of session. Always come home relaxed. Such a great skill of mindfulness for now and their future. Greatful for Maria’s teachings.

Maria is such a wonderful yoga teacher, my daughters have both enjoyed their classes immensely. They especially enjoy the meditation at the end of their practice. I can see an amazing benefit to their confidence levels too. Thank you for offering these wonderful sessions for kids!
