Hanrob Heathcote did an amazing job in looking after Whisky whilst we were on holiday for 5 weeks. They were flexible in accomodating to his needs and provided adequate communication on his well-being. My German Shepherd and I have been going to Hanrob Heathcote for our private training for her reactivity and she also boarded here for a week in January. I thought she would be more stressed being away from us for the first time but she did better than I expected. The trainers and staff are fantastic with her in helping her adjust to them. We will be boarding her again in a few weeks, this time for longer, so hoping for an even better experience.

Hanrob Heathcote provided an excellent service in looking after my Siberian Husky recently whilst I was on holiday. Although I was tentative at first in leaving her in alternative care (given her elderly age) - my dog came back home very calm and happy post her stay. The team were always available and ready to provide an update when I called in during my break just to assure me she was coping well in her new environment. They were able to assist with administering her regular medication, they worked in with her individual diet and were even able to provide a transfer back to our local vet upon my return which was of great benefit given I live an hour away. I would highly recommend Hanrob Heathcote.

This was the first time to leave our dog in a pet hotel for 3 weeks, so we were very concerned how this will end up. Several days into the stay, Hanrob notified us that Bindi caught kennel cough and therefore need to be isolated into another building. We were obviously concerned about her health. Hanrob team, especially Laura, frequently updated us via WhatsApp on Bindi's progress. It helped us not to worry too much about Bindi and enjoyed our vacation. Bindi got checked by the vet and prescribed a course of antibiotics. On pick-up day, we were so happy to be reunited with Bindi. She was groomed and looked healthy. She was a bit slimmer and confused, but after a day, her behaviour was back being a joyful dog. Big thanks to Hanrob for looking after Bindi during our vacation.

I dropped my dog Rufus off this morning and as usual he was extremely happy to be staying at Hanrob again. The staff are polite, informed and friendly, the transition is smooth and professional. I highly recommend the Heathcote facility as my dog is always happy to go and returns relaxed and well cared for. I have used the day care and the boarding options for the last 6 mths.

FULL STAR rating for Laura at Hanrob who's compassion, expertise and unwavering dedication for Lomu made what I thought at the start was a not so great experience to something special.Lomu suffers quite severe separation anxiety and when I was put into communication with Laura she provided ongoing support. She was so empathetic (to all my phone calls, texts and emails) offering guidance and reassurance during our stay.I highly recommend our experience with Hanrob Heathcote and Laura.

Absolutely recommend Hanrob! I have a 16 year old Maltese x Shih Tzu and it's hard to be away from him for any duration as he does need to be looked after. However the team at Hanrob will definitely give you that piece of mind! Thanks so much to Laura and the Hanrob team for taking care of my dog even when he wasn't feeling so well! I definitely would recommend Hanrob Pet Hotels to anyone and definitely for a senior dog!

If you care about your dogs health and wellbeing do not send them to this facility! My dog stayed at Hanrob for 5 days, when I picked her up I noticed that she was much quieter than usual. The next day she had almost completely lost her voice. This resulted in myself having to pay for various medications in an attempt to treat her illness, followed by an endoscopy. It has been three months and her voice/bark is still not the same as what it was prior to her stay at Hanrob. I will never send any animal of mine to Hanrob ever again.
