Absolutely abissmal property management team. Landlords and tenants beware. They have zero idea, I have had to send them instructions in how to refund bonds and information regarding the legislation as noone in the office is aware of the current process.Please note I don't work in real estate, I am just able to read and digest information then follow website procedure.

Tenants, if you can don’t choose a property from them!Landlords if you care about your tenants, don’t do business with them!We have a baby and we are without a cooktop at home, which needs to me replaced but nobody from this office cares, for over 2 weeks already, being that Easter long weekend, one weekend before and seems to be extended to Anzac long weekend as well.They don’t reply emails. They don’t take any responsibility about urgent matters but they want increase the rent after 4 months living in. It is being a nightmare deal with them!!!Update: even been determined by NCAT a $250 refund re cooktop matter they never paid it and never reply back + never reply back regarding overpaid money. I feel like I only got the bond back because it was determined by NCAT.

Tenents and Landlords do not use this realestate.We rented a property from them just over 2 years.Not once did they ever reply to my emails , phone calls or when reporting a problem would take weeks to get back to me. The communication needs to change.Both myself and husband were disgusted at the lack of care for the property.We had 2 inspections in that time and only ever once signed a 12 month lease never were we informed to renew it.It wasnt until i emailed to say we were leaving the property that they then wanted a lease sign. After our last inspection they wanted some touch up cleaning done to which i sent pictures and enquired about getting our bond back. No responseI applied for it myself and received it thankfully 2 weeks laterAbsolutely appalling communication and no care factor about the propertyStay clear of hsrcourts bateau bay !!!

As tenants Ray White Bateau Bay proved to be a great property management agency to deal with, however having been home owners previously, my partner and I would have liked to have had a few things explained in further detail when we required assistance just to put our mind at ease and not always via email.Our property manager was always prompt and reliable with correspondence however it is a real shame that we did not have the opportunity to sit and meet until the day I returned the keys 18 months later when vacating. Working in holiday rentals and real estate sales myself I do believe that building a rapport with a tenant, guest or buyer needs to be made upfront and in person so that when assistance is required, a better outcome can occur and miscommunication can be avoided. I really appreciate how our property manager always provided feedback after each routine inspection and how she always seemed to notice the extended efforts we made to respect the landlord's home. My partner and I are also extremely grateful for the letter of reference received, and will certainly recommend the team at Ray White to people we know in search of a property to buy or rent.

I've been connected to Ray White B.Bay for 7yrs! I bought my house from them, lived in it for a while then when I wanted to move out & get it rented, I went straight back to Ray White as they were wonderful to deal with initially. They found me good tenants & were excellent in managing my property plus had reasonable management fees.I am still with them & they are presently managing my property which I am very happy with. They go out of their way to help when ever I have a request or if there's an issue with anything.How fantastic of them to reward two of us lucky clients with a gift card for writing a review for them. It was a pleasure to do so!I highly recommended Ray White Bateau Bay.

Being previous home owners, a current tenant and in the future a home owner again we have been pleasantly surprised with our dealings with Nicky, Jonathan & Matt who all go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service in what is the minefield of Property Management". These guys are horrible must be one of the worst real estates on the central coast! Literally DO NOT go with Harcourts save your money and go with another company that will manage your property these people are not capable of maintaining a property. We had our tenants constantly calling us with problems that the real estate never got around to fixing! Let alone almost an 8% management fee to not manage the property

Un organised, poor communication. 2 keys were missing when I was getting keys back and they said it was fine and for me to look for them or just get more cut.

Tenants beware - warning bells rang when I had to remind these guys that I had applied for the property & it took 5 weeks from applying until I got the keys (on first attempt, nobody was there at the arranged time).Since vacating the tenancy, I had to remind them (more than once) to lodge refund advice with the rental bond board - that took 6 weeks.Almost 8 weeks later I'm still waiting on refund of overpaid rent. I have not received a single reply to any of my emails, but was still receiving emails 5 weeks after vacating, reminding me to be available to provide access for a routine inspection.Update: overpayment refund received 8 weeks after moving out.Not a single response to any of my complaints about poor communication.

Landlords beware!Property management is atrocious.They send out there mates " to work on your property charge you through the roof and take no accountability for the lack of care to your property and management but are happy to collect there fees with no shame. If you care about your tenants and your house do NOT engage with this petty mob. There lack of professionalism and communication is shocking. Go with someone else . If I could give you a 0 I would"
