Car accident is TERRIBLE, especially when you are not at fault. Though, Priority Towing Service came to the rescue and they are amazing folks!Shane first came to the accident site and when he found that 3 airbags were deployed, he notified me to take back all personal articles from the car as it will be a write off and I did follow accordingly.It was a timely heads-up as insurance company did verify that it was a write-off afterwards and hence, it saved me time and emotional trauma if one have to go back to the car yard to retrieve personal belongings then!As I didn't encounter such bitter experience before, Emma in the Admin Dept has been extremely kind and patient to help and guide me along the way or I will be even more frustrated during the process of dealing with the claiming process with the insurance JERK"!Last but not least

i highly recommend Priority Towing we had a car accident and Chris was very helpful and even after the car was towed he was giving me advice on what to do as the insurance company and assessor were no help at all.
