Staff members were really nice and helpful in every aspect, they even offered suggestions banded on individual interest and likes as I was getting a gift watch for my girlfriend for her 24th birthday which is coming up soon.I bought twin matching watches for me and my girlfriend.STEPHANIE And MARIO are awesome and plus the store provides huge selection of items and discounts.I’m definitely coming back soon and I encourage everyone to come and check as they got some really nice items.

Coach watche is terrible quality. The watch retail price was $750 AUD. After wearing for few days, there were a lot of scratches on the watch surface. I have written to Coach customer service and went to the Timeless Watches store but all of them said this issue is not covered by the warranty.How could they use such a low quality of material to make watch surfaces like this? It is so easy to be scratched in daily use conditions. A $750 worth watch should not have this terrible quality. I think it is fair to expect the watch surface to have scratche resistance with this pricer ange. Very disappointed.
