Top quality service and workmanship. Mark and the team are very experienced , friendly and knowledgable. Provided great design ideas with the latest product. Mark is also a great project manager. Organised Builders, Windows manufacturer, Crane and Balustrade in a timely manner. The project went smoothly even under the COVID situation.

We recently used Manly Windows to replace some external doors and windows. We were very pleased with the end result. The onsite employees were very courteous, respectful and professional and were fastidious in achieving the desired result.The job was completed before the contracted time. We would certainly recommend Manly Windows.

This company installed new windows in our building recently and we had a terrible experience working with them. They were disorganised, unprofessional and rude. Their work was only average. They were delayed by weeks with only very short notice of cancellation. Their lack of ability to realistically estimate how long the job will take left jobs unfinished over the weekend leaving residents living in dust and disorder. They moved heavy pieces of furniture and did not move the furniture back in its place leaving us to get a team of people together to put them back. They assured us they would leave our homes tidy but they were covered in dirt. It's not surprising when you see what their attitude is to respecting the residents: we have videos of them shaking concrete pieces and dust out of apartment windows causing the chunks to blow onto the balconies and into the open windows of all the units below. When I gave this feedback to the manager he did not take appear to take this seriously nor did he apologise. His team continued to behave in a disrespectful way. I do not recommend this company at all and I would never work with anyone on their team again if they got employment elsewhere.

Manly Windows is currently working on the last stage of replacing the windows in our 40 residential unit block - and they have done a terrific job for us! As a strata plan, we wanted to phase the work over a couple of years so we didn't need to pay for them all at once - DONE! Our block is exposed to fairly heavy weather - and is near the sea, so we need high wind and water ratings - DONE! We wanted windows that looked attractive, similar design to the old ones and comply with safety regulations - especially new child safety requirements - DONE! We have worked with them to schedule the work to suit our residents, we have conducted inspections of the completed work with a Manly Windows expert, we have had prompt and effective responses when issues have arisen. We are very happy with Manly Windows and would highly recommend them!
