I ordered a pizza from the dominoes ramsgate store they told me it would be 40 min I rang back after 1 hour and they said that my pizza would be another 40 min they are bloody hopless never again and they are rude I'm sure the guy at the front didn't put the order through asked to speak to a manager and of course they said he wasn't there very frustrating as I could have gone somewherelse

This Dominos is always dirty. Rubbish everywhere. Today the store stunk. One crew member was not wearing any hair covering whilst preparing the food. The staff just ignore you. Crew members communicate in a foreign language. No greeting on entering the store. Complained to head office a few times and nothing changes.

Have ordered online from here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Pizza always ready on time and made to Dominos standards. So far no complaints. Staff are usually polite and friendly at time. Shops usually in prettyacceptable condition . Good shop to pickup pizza if you're heading to the beach nearby.

I was a regular here.Until today whilst dealing with one of the staff members of Asian decent. He is absolutely rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Always has been!!I loved this place and brought a lot of friends and business partners here but not anymore. I’d walk in there regularly only to notice this person acknowledging customers and continuing to pretend he’s cleaning or on the phone making weekend plans and laughing while people are waiting. This happened regularly. Anyone would have the right to say something about this putrid behaviour the manager has noticed this in the past I’ve seen and chooses to ignore it..Today after I finally snapped and gave this staff member a piece of my mind on behalf of myself and others.The manager decides to come out and tell me to leave the shop because I had a cause for complaint.Judging by the staff members reaction to my complaint which he was laughing and joking to another staff member) only proves how arrogant this person was /is.If you leave you house happy and want to go somewhere that won’t ruin your day and happy vibes, then is isn’t the place.I apologise to anybody who was there that day (patrons) and had to witness the incident, but this place is negative.

Very rude and dismissive employees, do not look at you, go on their phones, I ordered online with extra toppings and the employee told me that some of them weren’t on there and when I showed him my receipt he still was not willing to put it on. The employees close whenever they feel like, I went in an hour before they close and they told me they are closed and when I showed them their own closing time they said I close when I want to.

If I could give them a minus! Phoned in to place my order that child staff wasn’t even bothered to take my name down or contact number had to prompt him to take down my details. You guessed it right arrived at the store 35mins later on my way home from work to pick up my order only to be told there’s no order under my name. Another staff takes my order down after waiting 15mins I end up with an incorrect order. No apologies or offers on the house for their stuff up. This child staff screaming at his colleague absolute sham of a place would never go back to this horror show. vear clear from this branch below substandard!!!!

Apparently if they run out of ingredients they just don’t put them on the pizza and it’s the customers problem not theirs.Good if they have the toppings if not you might just have to make do.

So disappointed with my pizzas from here. There was minimal toppings at best. Loaded Pepperoni that had so little on it, Mega Meatlovers that was nothing like “mega” and a Supreme that should have been called “Stingy”.When I rang to complain, the service was terrible.Dominos Ramsgate, You guys have gone downhill big time!!! After coming here for years, you’ve lost my business.I have included 2 pictures of my Mega Meatlovers compared to someone else’s one from a different google review for Ramsgate Domino’s.

Domino’s Pizza Ramsgate
Ordered the Vegemite pizza. I was hoping they get the right balance given how strong Vegemite is. They smothered the Vegemite with a thin layer of cheese. Of course we couldn’t eat it. Customer service was extremely reluctant to reply after a few feedbacks. All I eventually got was we will look into it and never heard anything since. Sticking to Pizza Hut from now on with their superior pizzas, better prices and exceptional customer service. Dominos has lost a customer (not that they seem to actually care!).
