Always missing something from some meal even kids toys from happy meals!?! Chips are cold, I can go on but I'm sure yous get the ideaCoffee half full! No sugar!

Was looking forward to a nice dessert, was missing hot fudge sauce on my McFlurry which I payed for, but was also missing a whole apple pie. Very disappointed

Poor service by young lady. My friend and I got the wrong burgers given to us. Many young staff on duty, yelling, laughing and not professional at all. There did not seem to be an adult present. It was like they were still at school. The only positive is that the thick shake machine was actually working for once!!

Good coffee but oh my God, don't order any of their promo offers as they really don't care how they slap the burgers together!! And then when I showed the burger to the girl who gave it to me, and asked if they could make it again, properly, she asked what was wrong with it as she couldn't see anything wrong. There seems to be a real lack of training there, and the inability to be able to take responsibility for when they make a mistake.

The worst Maccas I’ve ever been to. They *never* get the order right, burgers are always cold with half the ingredient falling out, and the staff gives attitude if you complain. Oh, and they’ll lie about the ice cream machine being broken if they can’t be bothered to make one.

Was waiting at 6:57am for them to open the doors. End up going in through the bp at 7:03. Only to be told by a guy who was rude and claimed to be the manager wearing sunglasses on a Dull morning that they don't have an opening time. Then didn't get the right food. I am a truck driver and if I had another choice I wouldn't have got my breakfast there. Worst maccas I have ever been to.

Food is about as good as you would expect from maccas.Quick and cruddy fast food..But my main complaint today is the Coke we ordered was basically soda water. Either you fudged the mix or you are really pushing the limits, even further, for what can be considered coke.If your going to serve fake Coke, at least make it taste like coke.

Absolutely awful experience. Waited in line at the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and when we finally received our food it was nearly inedible. Chips were hard and cold. Burger was black and looked like the patty was sitting for nearly 30 minutes. So many times I think to give this place another try and everytime I'm always let down. Think it's time to boycott Maccas for a while again.Update: Decided to finally give it a go hoping they might have improved, unfortunately still just as bad as a year ago. The Patties were stale as if they've been there since my last review. Chips were indelible, cold, soggy and undercooked. Mcbites were cold and hard. Only thing they got right was the frozen coke, which surprisingly came in a cup with a lid. Threw away nearly all the food. Complete waste of money, honestly any other fast food in Warrnambool does it 10x better.
