The team at mycar Cranbourne Park, especially Kyle, are amazing. Despite being run off their feet and extremely busy, they still make time for each customer and explain issues with their vehicle. In my case, the problem with my car required external support so they advised of this and how to go about it, without charging for the privilege of doing so.I've been here a few times before and have always had the same experience every time, regardless of who I've dealt with.Keep up the great work guys and I'll definitely be back as a repeat customer in the future. A white person with a good height and bit fat attended me at around 2pm on 21st June 2023 for my scheduled appointment to fix puncture on a tyre. He was so unprofessional and rude, literally I could not see his frowning face and took back my keys without getting his service. He is not fit to be in a customer facing role as he has got zero smile on his face….. I strongly recommend everyone to not to go there….

OVER AND BEYOND! Rare great experience!! My wife’s car had a flat and we got here on a Saturday at 1:59pm, a minute before they close. Matt offered to fix it so we can pick up on Monday but our work wouldn’t permit and I was worried that my wife had to drive in wet weather with the tiny spare wheel. Matt understood and extended himself past working hours to fix the tyre, replace the sore wheel and send us on our way. Now, that’s Service!! Well done and Retail needs a few more Matts. Good on you mate amd well done MyCar Cranbourne.

Matt, Kyle and the rest of the mycar staff done an excellent job fitting new shoes and doing a wheel alignment on the BF Falcon. They even took the extra time to help raise the coil overs. They go above and beyond for their customers and for that, I recommend this business establishment to everyone and say a very big thank you.

This branch is just amazing! Hardworking staff are evident. Kyle one of the mechanics is so great, helpful and very professional. We came by almost half an hour before their closing time. I was so desperate to have my wheels changed as one of them got punctured on my way home from work. Kyle had a look not promising they could attend to it. Checked the wheels and fortunately, they have stock of wheels for my car. Changed the tyres in 20 minutes all done. They made it 10 minutes before their closing them. Thank you so much for your great help. We really appreciate it! Your service is amazing and very impressive. Teamwork is really happening in their branch.
