Wonderful community resource..Helpful and friendly advice..Free WiFi if u be a member..classes on many topics.. U can reserve books from other Lake Mac libraries.. ebooks too

I was happy to see they open 9 am, which is earlier than most regional libraries. Unfortunately they offer instruments for kids, which makes it incredibly noise and not a good place to read. I guess it is a matter of priorities read or play. In my view, reading should come first.

So typical of government run organisations in Australia - even the most simply task is complicated. Went in to print off a couple of pages as my home printer not working. Told me that I need to sign up as member to use printer - as I had no ID, was not able to sign me up or even give me temporary membership - I can go to officeworks and use there printers anytime, but to print off a page at library I must be a member - never ceases to be amaze me how difficult our government makes even the most simple task - just red tape.

I went to the library the other day I am not all that good with computers anything techno I told the lady that I was not adept and they don't worry we will help you which they did !! They went above and beyond their job they were great exceptional service thank you guys so much
