Went here today was asked for my id showed it and was still denied service because one of the adults who is twice my age (I'm 20) didn't have id. I had mine but she didn't, definitely not under 25. Won't go here ever again, lady was very rude about it too.

Regular customer for years to the point the staff know me by face. Went in today to buy a carton of beer and some premixed vodkas. Needed help carrying so my daughter came in to help carry the items. Man named Mark refused me service as my daughter was with me!! Not only was i offended he assumed i would buy alcohol for my underage daughter but also the fact after being a loyal customer for years i get treated like this. Assumptions and accusations. Making me look like a bad parent. Dan Murphy's just gained a new customer thanks to Mark.

I have had very good service in the past, although one employee Jess/Jessica was extremely disrespectful, rude and asked me to leave the store and refused any kind of service. Luckily Dan Murphy's was nearby and had an extremely professional team and were able to guide me towards the product I was after and provide me with excellent customer service

This store has plenty of parking available. In store very easy to move around as aisles are wide. Prices are similar to Dan Murphy's. However if you get a Flybuys offer they are better than Dan Murphy's.

Spent plenty of money over the years here, rocked up on the way through with my wife and two kids. dingus behind the counter said I didn't look over 30 and refused to sell to me even though my wife had her ID as my wallet was at home. I thought he was kidding at first.As much as it's a compliment, it was extremely inconvenient.Proceeded to Dan Murphy's without a problem.Won't be going back to First Choice.
