Revisited on the 12th Jan - the curry beef brisket and the boneless Hainan chicken rice taste great! I feel that their food quality and presentation are getting better and better, if not always have been. Good service and good taste (I still think it could be more authentic but taste is definitely on the good side)Nice interior and acceptable services. The food are tasty with great portion and presentation but (in my opinion) not as authentic as the taste in Malaysia.Having said that the minced pork rice and hainan chicken rice are good.No split bill and cash only made a little inconvenience.

Fish balls noodle soup was delicious!And I love the sago dessert too.However the dishes were bit too salty——————————————————Absolutely delicious and value for money!Good variety of food to choose from, some of them came with free drinks.Hainanese chicken was soft and juicy, the chicken favoured rice was tasty.Bak kut teh very nice as well, the pork soft bones were truly melt in your mouth, would love to have some mushrooms in it tho.

Really nice Hainan chicken rice and Nasi Lemak. The chicken was really juicy and tender, and the sauce was really nice. The Nasi Lemak was also full of flavour, and the curry chicken complemented it very well. They have a good lunch special which includes a drink

Delicious food and good sized portions. They offer a set meal deal which includes an entree, main and a drink for just over $20. I got the hainanese chicken rice which was very good. My husband got the curry chicken which was delicious. We both left feeling very satisfied. It was cash only when we visited.

This place is underrated. I really enjoyed their nasi lemak and roti. The taste were very authentic and the portion were good. I heard their laksa are very tasty too. I will definitely try their laksa next time. You should give this place a try if you’re craving some hawker-style food.

Cheap eats right here. Dinner set for 3-4 ppl $68.90. Includes Boneless Hainan chicken (half), stuffed mushrooms (replaced with chicken wings cz mushrooms ran out) and springrolls, Malaysian beef curry brisket, green bean in Assam paste and chicken rice (bucket)This is the best Hainan chicken I’ve ever had. Very close to the ones you get in Malaysia itself. It was delicious! The curry wasn’t as hot as it could be but it still packed a punch. The set menu was more than enough food for 4. I would definitely recommend this place, even if it’s just for that chicken rice! Can’t wait to return to try the rest of the menu.

We had lunch at this Malaysian place and ordered two dishes i.e. the Nasi Lemak with Beef Curry and Hainan Chicken with Laksa Noodle Soup. We also had their iced lime tea and it is actually the best of our order. The rice dish (nasi lemak) was OK but not great since the rice was not properly cooked with coconut milk. The beef curry was just so - so and nothing to talk about and the condiments were barely there. The laksa noodle soup was also OK but nothing to talk about while the chicken was actually quite bland / tasteless.The place is quite small and there is not much ambience to discuss here. The customer services from staff members were clumsy as we had to ask few times for sambal sauce and proper spoon / fork to be provided for our dishes.You can only pay by cash at this outdated restaurant, but fortunately the prices on the menu are not too high compared to their competitors in the area.

I like that they have set menu which included hot drinks, you only need to add extra AUD 1 for some specific drinks or change it to cold drink.We ordered Hainanese Chicken Rice, the chicken portion was not big but the rice tatsted great. For the shrimp noodle, the soup base was nice but I would like to have more toppings.For the drink, I had a cold Milk Tea with less sugar. The sweetness was just right for me. And it had a great balance between tea and milk.Food was served super quick. I think they came within 10mins after I ordered. But the shop only accept cash so please be aware of this.
