A “service” we are forced to pay for an apparent privilege to drive on roads substandard paid by tax payers stolen by tyrants who collect more Cash and go out of their way to find something else you need or waste time covering their dealings to ensure they give the impression they are not at fault. When they have found every hurdle for you to jump they’ll finally take your money off you. Just a joke!

Seriously this service is beyond a joke!The majority of people on the road cannot drive neither do they understand or comply with road rules.A 5 year old kid, my mates son, beat your online tests without any issues so doesn't that just let you know that the L's, P's, and Black tests are all irrelevant, need to be made 1000 times harder and updated.NO ONE on the road can drive these days well probably under 1%, I ain't the best but at least I know the rules and can drive in a straight line and because no one can drive these days, I'm surprised there isn't more road rage incidences that have left people seriously injured or even worse.Major overhaul in all departments is definitely required.Government stop waisting money, on cheap solutions, and fix everything properly instead of the quick fix solution the government always does that waists even more of the tax payers money.

One of the best NSW Service centres I’ve been all these years. The staffs were very helpful and worked with a smile importantly professionally.Mr Zee served me with confidence and respect. You don’t get staffs this often around these days. Not forgetting Ms Leanne, I believe she is one of the supervisors, very professional and knowledgeable.They are assets to the establishment.They deserve more respect.If you got a problem…go to NSW Service at High Street Penrith…!

Unhelpful rude humans at the penrith office, customers are always wrong and couldn’t care less for reasoning, Kelly the manager absolute foul of a human no customer service manners at all and youse wonder why customers get hot headed.my partner has failed her p’s test twice by Merv, 1st time my partner was nervous and was fine with the outcome2nd time she focused on everything she got wrong from the 1st session, then gets a score over 90% and was told she failed because Merv said she was doing 45 in a 40 zone at the penrith pools, from the roundabout at Jamison road it’s 50 till you get to the pools were it changes to 40, my partner said she had slowed down before reaching the speed sign which I believe her, our only evidence that we could’ve used to prove she was right is dash cam that he made her unplug which I think is wrong,will be taking the matter further, from watching the reaction of the accessors when telling customers they failed it’s like they get enjoyment at the emotional state of the customer failing and look for the smallest thing to fail you and take your money, by no means is my partner a bad driver as a learner she’s is a safe and cautious driver and now has had her confidence deflated by this rms office

This people are the worst, bought a motorcycle rego papers were signed by the seller all the information are there, amount, address, sellers details, buyers details, lodge a disposal, and still they won’t accept it, because they want a receipt? What’s the use of the rego paper having a owner and buyer form at the back!

I was impressed with my service here yesterday. All staff were very helpful and polite. Waiting times weren’t too bad. The lady that dealt with me had a few issues with the system but everyone kept calm and friendly and thanked me for my patience.

Went here to renew my drivers licence on 12/8/2022 morning. Overall the waiting time is not bad. Once your queue number is called, the whole process (eye test, your photograph taken) is about 10 minutes. No complaints here.

Wife has gone to renew license on saturday and they asked to renew it online on their terminal. Now she got a litter says to attend for an eye test. What a joke...!They need a proper training to provide quality of customer service.Edited : She got the licence by mail next few days.

Today I went in to do my hpt test, I was so nervous but the lady's at the counter reassured me and we're so lovely.All the staff from the counter and to processing my license were amazing.Thank you so much to the springwood NSW branch.

Did the test with assessor Micheal, and while he is referred as the strictest assessor, he was thorough and disciplined and made sure I understood, while I respect that it's just he's doing he's job and knows there's already to many idiots on the road.If you pass with him you can wear the badge of honour because he is a professional assessor.
