Been using them for years, good quality for the price. Takes a bit to build a rapport with them. That said once you do they are great to work with.

Terrible service, told i was at fault for a colour not being in matt finish asrequested due to the colour not being available in Matt Finish. Time wastedcarpenter missed out on days work too with no concern. Was also told by theowner if i didnt collect by 4pm my handles would be thrown on the nature strip.Cheers

I known Michael for a number of years.We have done business together many times. I have found him to have excellent communications skills and is a genuinely nice guy & family man with impeccable ethics.

I have to start off by saying - as a business owner, I rarely go out of my way to write a bad review on another business. I know just how hard businesses work. I also don't have time when I'm working up to 80 hours a week.I feel this is necessary, however, to save someone else the hassle of dealing with such a place.We went to Top Gun with high hopes of getting a small amount (100 pieces) of Powerlifting/Strongman buckles as a trial run, with the intention of getting 200-500 done in monthly intervals. We also wanted to support local business (even though we could have done this in China for a quarter of the price).When we received the product, the finish was absolutely sub-par. There was no pride in the workmanship and finish on these buckles at all. We went back in and discussed we'd accept the majority of them this time, even though they weren't the greatest - but the backing plates were absolutely horrible and had to be redone.After being promised that they would be stripped and fixed, we went back in only to find out that they were worse than the original batch (and I mean, just terrible). So we had to pay to get anther batch of backing plates in from our supplier, because the originals were ruined.After going back a third time, we were told the issue was with us - and not with their technique or workmanship (the product apparently had a silicone component in it, that was reacting). Not knowing any better, I conceded the fact and we walked away while we decided what to do. The owner said It's a hit and a miss

Since new management took over service and quality have gone down hill, will not be back.
