Go Bananas Family Entertainment Centre

As a first time mumma I was petrified of putting my baby girl into daycare, but from the second I stepped foot into Go Bananas Early Learning Centre and meeting the Nursery room Educators, my mind was at ease and I was rid of any anxiety! My daughter has received nothing but top tier care from her wonderful educators and now points to the doors and squeals every time we walk in. Within a few weeks of her first starting, my daughter was already so advanced in many of her development areas I couldn’t believe the progress she had made in such a small amount of time, and it only keeps getting better! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to send her to Go Bananas. Thank you to all of the gorgeous educators but most especially the Nursery Educators for all of their hard work and dedication. ❤️

Pretty disappointed in the service today, not only was it super small for our soccer presentation but we brought a younger sibling which we had to pay $10 for, we admittedly forgot socks when asked if we could buy socks they only had a size large which would have swam on a 5yr olds foot, when then asking for a refund as she wouldn’t be able to use the equipment was told no as she had already walked into the area. How can you charge someone when they aren’t using the equipment and being turned away from the equipment because she had no socks on? Pretty poor form. Might disappointed

If I could give Go bananas childcare a zero I would, my son went to the childcare a few months ago. My son’s behaviour can be a little difficult sometimes and they ended up terminating my sons care because they couldn’t handle it, I have been in childcare for 13 years and have a lot of children with behaviour issues but never terminated their care. I also applied for my son to go to Go Bananas after school care with his older brother but was informed that he wouldn’t be able to attend the after school care because his care was terminated at the childcare.. So just want to let parents know that if your child can be a little difficult sometimes don’t send them here because they will end up terminating their care.

DO NOT SENT YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS CHILDCARE. Issues regarding neglectLong story short we had our youngest daughter (6 month old) enrolled twice a week and during those 4 weeks that she was enrolled she was going only 1 day a week (if that) because we didn’t trust the educators (one in particular) in that room. Coming up to the 4th (and last) week of care I arrived to pick my daughter up at 615pm to realise that she hadn’t been fed solids since 10am, hadn’t had her bottle since 11am and hadn’t slept since 12pm.. now a 6 month old needs to eat and sleep REGULARLY and they were well aware of the routine! When I picked her up she was exhausted, starving and just an extremely upset baby overall, I’ve never seen her in this form before. They didn’t try or attempt to feed her a bottle or solids either, they just neglected her! The only person available to chat to about this situation was the trainee as all the room educators were gone by 2-4pm! The director also never called us regarding this issue and she was extremely unprofessional during the whole process. The educator in my daughters room was also letting other babies use her cot sheets. The whole management of this place in general is just horrendous. They used to send kids home and claimed it was because the child was sick but it was really because they weren’t meeting staff to child ratios as they were severely understaffed.If you need a childcare that you can trust especially when it comes to feeding your babies then don’t send them here.EDIT: I won’t post under my real name due to stalking issues from other people. But you definitely know who I am and I know that you are well aware of this situation.

Early Learning (childcare)Keep your precious child away from this centre. All educators are extremely unprofessional. They look unhappy all the time. You will never see their director and if reach over the phone she is not much help with anything. I am not sure why she thinks her job is only to hide in a room. The educators yells on children and anything goes wrong they will show their anger not only to children but to parents as well.I am writing this to aware parents and cannot write more than this at this stage. Trust me this is the last place where you would like to send your children. I have dealt with 3 centres before for my children but never seen an expensive centre who has zero tolerance, so unprofessional, so unhappy, rude people like them.

My daughter had a fun time here. The big play house at the middle has steep slides so watch your small kids when going there.

My daughter birthday was celebrated here yesterday. The staff was amazing. They set up the birthday table beautifully. The guests loved the welcome by the staff and the help they offered from orders to the distribution of the cakes. Kids loved the machines and parents loved it as kids enjoyed every moment. Specials thanks to Liya for helping us a lot and making our experience so good. I hope they get the jumping castle back in future.

Great location for kids. Awesome play area with added arcade area to suit kids of all ages. They just need to make sure that they have enough forward planning. On the day we went they had no bread for fairy bread and no cups for popcorn.

Good play centre for kids on a rainy day but is not really catered to kids under 3-4! took my daughter here - she’s 2, and she couldn’t even access the play gym. I’m not sure who designs these places put they need to consult better with someone that actually has 3 and under toddlers. Food is limited and quite pricey. Wouldn’t recommend for people with kids under 3 - unless you want to be carrying them up and down to the slides.

Great place for kids all ages. Was here for a few hours. I was in the infants section and noticed staff will come and tell the big kids to go in the big area and out of the infants. Pretty decent food and drink aswell. Not too expensive. Adults can fit in the play equipment to help the kids. Can also have birthday parties catered to. Large parking area too.
