Very helpful professional service. I am a loyal client and hope to bring in more business in the future - the property management department and the sales staff have been great during my transaction.

Sadly one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a real estate agent. I contacted Sophie numerous times to try and organise an inspection for 2 properties. She was extremely unhelpful and continuously told me how busy she was and even hung up on me when I tried to follow up with her. I honestly was disheartened when I saw another property was listed under her as the real estate agent so I didn’t even bother a third time.

Jelica from Morton is a breeze to deal with. She looks after both of my properties in Hurstville and City. Whenever there are issues, I can always rely on her to sort it out. Highly recommend her!

I wasn't sure what to do when turning my home to a rental property, but Nada helped me to sort out what I need to do. She was patient with my many questions and handover was quick and convenient.

Morton was our agent when we were renting our unit in Hurstville. They were very reachable, accommodating, and easy to deal with.We find it efficient that we were assigned to a property manager, who was our point of contact, always. Jelica always replied to our queries and concerns promptly and kindly. We had been changed to three different property managers in our 4.5 years stay, but it was always a smooth transition, and the quality of service was always the same.Morton also has a central app where we can find all relevant contract and receipts; as well as raise issues and concerns with the unit. We found it very helpful, given our busy lives.Morton made our life a lot easier — we couldn’t thank them enough.

We had a Mould issue in the apartment we rented through Morton, the real estate took months to do anything and when they finally did something they sent out a person to clean the visible mould but did nothing for the actual issue of the dampness in the apartment. Their response was basically to leave all windows and doors open at all times and buy a dehumidifier which can be quite costly. Super disappointed with the treatment we received by this real estate.
