Good stocked store with excellent customer service and attentive staff.Easy access immediately two minutes off the Tullamarine freeway, with plenty of parking.I called for click and collect and I was quickly put in contact with a customer service representative who found the item in stock by using the part number and told me I could come down immediately and pick it up. Which I did - I just drove into the car park and called them and they brought the item out to my car, obviously during the Covid lockdown time here in Melbourne.

We are so lucky to have Mitre 10 in our neighborhood. The staff are always so polite and knowledgeable. I called the store to ask about some tools and products that we needed and the staff got everything ready and were so helpful. Good old fashioned service is rare to find these days - thank you to all

Reliable well stocked store, helpful staff who assisted with the exchange of a panel from a flat pack laundry cupboard. Thanks to Adam who had it in the store in a few days. I’ll be there again!

Huge store with well stocked items. Great location easy access from freeway and major roads. Ample parking spaces available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Before coming to store I called and spoke to a staff member to check for a product, very polite and helpful.

To be honest , I live pretty much equal distance from Mitre 10 and the other mob . But I chose Mitre 10 every time , the staff are friendly and very helpful. Also its a dog friendly place , which means Rocco my boxer can come in and say hello instead of having to wait in the ute .. so 5 stars from me .

Adam was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me with a flat pack pantry that I bought, somehow squeezing it into my small sedan. Every worker gave me excellent information and assistance. Will return to this mitre ten even though I don’t live very close, just for the helpful team!
