Very helpful despite wrong paperwork on my part!

We bought an huge wing chair and couldn't get it in the back of the car - the storerman tried so hard to get it in, we tried all sorts of ways and eventually we had to get a friend with a ute to come and pick it up!Yes they couldn't do enough to help us it is a very efficient pick up service; plenty of space to park while you wait to load and they practice very good social distancing...Couldn't recommend their Warehouse service enough.

Easy pickup of my fantastic furniture purchase. Friendly guys, easy to park and they were very helpful putting the purchase in my car.

Pretty good furniture for flat pack, but it’s about 50/50 if you will get the right parts or undamaged furniture. Their support is okay if you manage to get through.

I ordered two and three seater couches to deliver to my home.They arrived after three bloody months how unbelievable, but when they did i was happy until I opened the three seater couch box, and the were only 1 cushion when there were supposed to be three! I dislike this place. They were supposed to be Fantastic.

Just to clarify I don’t dislike Fantastic Furniture I just dislike their customer service as an online customer. I purchased products online at the start of September- with the initial quote of 1-2 weeks for my products. By week 3 I hadn’t heard anything from Fantastic Furniture so I called their Penrith store. The lady took down my details and told me she’d follow it up but also suggested I should contact them online and make a query, as a customer they would get back to me quicker. I took her advice, however for whatever reason their online chat wasn’t working so I sent an email with my order details and heard nothing from the store nor the online inquiry. Just a side note when I sent the email a message came up to say someone should be in touch with me re my query either the next 24hrs or next business day. I contacted the Penrith store again, they told me my order should be heading to the Penrith warehouse for pick up this week. Anyhow my stuff still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over 4 weeks. I sent off another email yesterday. I realise we are in a pandemic and there will be delays, what bugs me the most is the lack of communication with the customer.

Very good staff. My faulty furniture swapped instantly. Gave me new one.

Great people but you have wait for months for the delivery. We ordered bed in Nov and still waiting in April and still no confirmed dates. This is the second time we facing the same experience. If you ever order make sure they have it in store otherwise you could be waiting for months
